New And Old Google Policies

  With the new policy Google will now have more access to your information than ever before, combining 60 of the old documents in to the new one, and they are upgrading their local storage.

  In people's defense CNN was stating that the new google privacy policy was worrying people about their privacy and creeping people out, Google Stated that they are just trying to help the consumers.

I agree with CNN , it is creepy knowing that they have full access to all your information at any given time. It is our information for a reason and i feel only we should have rights to that.

In this case the car company Audi used copyrighted music from Eminem's song " lose yourself " to advertise their newest car. Once Eminem's music publisher ( Eight Mile Style LLC ) claimed it copyrighted Audi's Response was "the protection of intellectual property has always been an important part of Audi's company philosophy. Audi therefore respects Eminem's creative work and the Chrysler advertising campaign."

The result of the lawsuit was Eminem winning, but the exact amount was not announced publicly but Eight Mile said they were satisfied with Audi's commitment and praised their generosity.

To me internet safety is the ways you can protect yourself on the internet. In my opinion the three most important ways to stay safe online are dont give out personal information, dont send pictures of you to strangers, and keep your privacy. And i can improve on my privacy because none of my profiles are blocked from strangers.
